I was a dishwasher. No money. No connections. No one in my life who flew planes. Not exactly the profile of a future airline pilot.
I discovered flying through a community college elective and decided that one class was going to change everything. It did.
Fifteen years, hundreds of students signed off, and a major airline career later — I'm building the resources I wish existed when I started.
